We ship from Canada using Canada Post. We ship to Canada, the United States and International. Please review your shipping options as some options do not include tracking or insurance. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the completion of your order. Packages will be mailed on business days, Monday thru Friday and will not be shipped or processed over weekends or holidays. Delivery times vary depending on which shipping method you choose. Delivery times may vary during sales and public holidays. For more detailed shipping time estimates please see below. Please note: All shipping quotes are provided by Canada Post and are quotes only, not guarantees. If you reside a non-major urban center please at up to 2 days to the delivery estimate. If you reside in Northern Regions or Remote Centres, please add up to 4 days to the delivery estimate.

Import duties and customs fees vary from country to country, this is out of our control unfortunately.


Our store policy allows you to return eligible products within 7 days of having received them, assuming you didn’t wear it out on a salty adventure or sleep in it to wear it in a little first. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items and in the event of a lost package must be able to produce proof of delivery. Refunds will not include postage fees associated with original delivery to the recipient. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase payment. Any returned items must be in their original packaging and original condition. The refund will be issued once we receive the product back and deem it acceptable. All international customers must clearly mark “returned goods” on packages and use a local postal service. Any items shipped back to us using UPS or FedEX will NOT be accepted.
